While running is high on the list as a favorite source of fitness, I spend a considerable amount of time working out enjoying all types of fitness activities from strength training to running to yoga. For 3 years running DC has been named the fittest city in the country (2014-16), and the plethora of fitness activities available is a key reason why! DCFitness marontherun.comI am fortunate enough to take part in a lot of what the District and metro region has to offer.
